Ambassador at work!

supporting regenerative agriculture with Palestine olive oil sales

Our Ambassador Deborah Hunley has donated a substantial sum to CORE’s Regenerative Agriculture Landrace Seed Bank project. She took our message and Canaan farmer’s wonderful olive oil to the Episcopal Diocese of Southwestern Virginia Convention and had a good response from people eager to hear what is happening in Palestine and help farmers survive.

Deborah also took Canaan’s olive oil to St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church in Roanoke VA and with their interest and support is planting 45 olive trees in Palestine. When I tried to thank her, she said this is all an honor and the farmers are doing all the work.

About her support of the projects the PFTA and CORE are working on, Deborah says; “I come from a long line of farmers and food growers, and find all that is going on very interesting and hopeful. I want to support it!”
