Regenerative agriculture
You can’t just soundbite regenerative farming - so here is a great article by Ryan Zinn on the Fair World Project website explaining what regenerative farming is.
Why this is important: “Smaller farms overwhelmingly outperform larger farms. Not all small-scale farmers practice regenerative agriculture, but regenerative agriculture is best practiced by small-scale farmers. “
Regenerative farming brings back healthy food and the health of society. And Palestine is ahead of these new standards with productive olive trees that are 2000 years old! By protecting traditional farming techniques in Palestine and giving value and support to these farmers, projects you fund are preserving Palestine as a natural and sustainable sanctuary. This is a world conversation now, and Palestinian farmers have been leaders in this for ages.
